AN INITIAL APPOINTMENT may be made to visit the portrait studio without any obligation to commission a portrait. There are framed portraits and photo-albums of completed commissioned portraits to look at. Take the opportunity to ask questions, such as: what kind of portrait you might want in terms of size, horizontal or vertical, the area you want to hang it in, what kind of clothing the subject will wear, the type of background behind the subject, colors in the portrait, etc.

A SITTING APPOINTMENT DATE AND TIME are set when you have decided you want me to paint the portrait for you. Adults and children may sit for a portrait in the studio, or I will have the subject sit for photographs which I will take, usually in the park-area of Trinitykeep. Small children or others for whom long or many sittings are not convenient, will sit for my photos. I may also travel to your location, if you desire, or work from usable family or ancestor photographs, if the subject is not available. (Copy-righted photos by others may be unusable.)

ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENTS can be scheduled as needed, for sittings, or discussions.

THE APPOINTMENT TO VIEW THE COMPLETED PORTRAIT is set when you are notified that the portrait is finished. The price of the portrait is due when you have approved the portrait and take it home with you. If there are any problems, questions, concerns with the portrait after you have gotten it home and viewed it for a week or two, I am available to work out any of these “sticking points” to our mutual reasonable satisfaction.
